A graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelpha, Chef Roberto has been developing menus and running kitchens for over a decade. He creates new and innovative menu items, leads our talented culinary team, researches all ingredient sourcing and creates all of our menu items as well as most of the new menu items that are featured in our tasting menus.
Our kitchen support staff in no less impressing, boasting an amazing 52+ years experience combined. While working with their own creative freedom, taking directions from chef Roberto combines to make out kitchen team the most sought after on the East Coast.
